Can I request for a customised or special arrangements order?

You sure can! Kabloon! offers personalised gifting services and we specialise in gifting happiness! From basics like choosing designs, colours, stuffings or including your own gifts in the balloon, to precision delivery to specific locations at specific timings with special instructions, you name it and we will try our best to work on it. Customisation and special arrangement fees starts from $10, depending on the complexity. Chat with our Happiness Officers and they will provide a quotation after understanding your requirements.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

We will be able to deliver your order by the next day if you order before 6.00pm. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received in full.

What are the delivery charges and timing?

Islandwide delivery time slot with standard $12 delivery charge:

- 10.00pm to 12.00pm
- 12.00pm to 2.00pm
- 2.00pm to 4.00pm
- 4.00pm to 6.00pm
- 6.00pm to 8.00pm

* Do note that you are unable to choose specific timing for standard delivery. Our drivers will deliver the items within the 2hour time window. If you require special delivery arrangements, please chat with our Happiness Officers. Additional charges may apply.

** Currently, we do not deliver to restricted areas such as Jurong Island, army camps, government buildings, cargo complex and etc.

Does Kabloon! deliver overseas?

We only deliver within Singapore.

Can I cancel my order or change delivery address, date and time?

All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You may change the delivery date/time/location up to 24 hours before delivery, for a maximum of one time.

What if delivery is unsuccessful?

If the intended recipient is not present at the delivery address, our Happiness Delivery Officer will contact sender and provide the following options:

1. Leave item at the door (photo proof will be provided),
2. Leave item with a person at the delivery address, or
3. Bring item back to Kabloon! Happiness HQ to arrange for redelivery.

If sender is not contactable within 10 minutes, our Happiness Delivery Officer will return the item to Kabloon! Happiness HQ and redelivery will be arranged. Redeliveries will be charged at $15 + special request fees, if applicable. Wrongly provided address will also be considered as an unsuccessful delivery. Redelivery willl be arranged and charged accordingly.

What if my order was damaged?

If any issues were found during delivery, our Happiness Delivery Officer will try to rectify them immediately.

In the unlikely event that immediate rectification cannot be made, we will redo and redeliver the order within 24 hours at no extra charges.

Due to the nature of our products, we will not be liable for any damage to the products after they have been accepted or if delivery instruction was to leave items outside the door.

When and how do I know that my order is confirmed?

Customers will receive an order confirmation via email once their orders are placed and paid in full. If you did not receive your order confirmation within 2 to 3 hours, please reach out to us after checking your junk or spam folders.

Do note that orders for next day delivery must be paid and confirmed by 6.00pm.
